IV Briefs is staffed by infrastructure IV professionals who also have extensive publications experience. We are practitioners with a long history of publishing in the infrastructure field, especially as it relates to the participation of the private sector.
In the past, our editor and publisher Steve Rooney developed two trade publication projects under the auspices of the United States Department of Transportation, including one developed on IV principals. These two are among half a dozen publications he has Developed, edited and/or published.
